whoopseh. forgot to update :X

todays.yesterdays i was practically not myself.
i felt like puking for no good reason after doing suicides and and i couldnt aim properly.my passes were like crap and i kept losing my temper manx. i needa focus more during mornings and for some reason i dont noe why, i forgot every single strategy we learnt. only some came to me naturally like the bringing the ball down thing.
i needa work on my passes since ive been missing quite alot of training and wer gonna stop soon again. im thinking of setting up training on ANOTHER day for the councillors to train and get someone to help us with wad u guys learnt during the training we werent there. ok im not making sense. anyways like that we werent be missing much. AND WE GETTA TRAIN EXTRA. :D and then wer gonna like have a pretty long break for FTEs so im gonna keep running on my own...if i can wake up.
sry off topic. erm i needa work on my reflexes cuz when i catch the ball, i cant stand properly fast enough and then i throw a crappy pass. i think i needa bring a ball home to practise or something. and when im doing suicides, whenever i break and turn, i run slower..i think thats not a good thing so can someone tell me wadda do>? :(
